On November 26, 2020, the first meeting after the acquisition was held between BII, RTTE and LogoMotive. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference was held via online video call.

In the meeting, BII and RTTE sincerely expressed the expectation of LogoMotive to improve the level of research and development as well as to deepen the business integration with BII Group.

LogoMotive, likewise, also expresses its welcome for the new shareholder, and indicated that LogoMotive will keep contributing to the BII Group’s equipment manufacture and technology innovation.

The meeting marks the formal equity relationship between LogoMotive and BII Group. The cooperation between the two companies will not only enable LogoMotive to better serve the Chinese market, but also be a good start for BII’s overseas strategy.
