On Nov 6^th, 2021, Vietnam's first urban rail project in Hanoi, Kil Ling - Ha Dong rail line officially starts operation, with the metro trains supplied by Beijing Subway Rolling Stock Equipment Co., LTD. (RTTE’s subsidiary, hereinafter referred to as BSR).

Mature product & Strict execution

Kil Ling - Ha Dong rail line is a “Chinese standard” overseas project implemented with EPC mode, the vehicle was designed and manufactured by BSR as a stainless steel B-type metro, comprising 4 cars (2motor cars plus 2 trailer cars). BSR team strictly controlled every stage throughout the entire process, satisfying customer’s requirements as possible.

Vietnam's First Urban Rail Line

As the first urban rail line, Kil Ling - Ha Dong Line is considered as one of the main transportation lines in Hanoi city, with a total length of 13021.48m and an average distance of 1151m between 12 stations. The opening of this line marks Vietnam officially entry into the era of urban rail transit

International rolling stock brand to be built

The 13 operating metro trains supplied by BSR, represents that the company’s product has stepped into the international market. As a key case of “the Belt and Road Initiative” jointly built by China and Vietnam, Kil Ling - Ha Dong Rail Line is of great significance for improving the function of the urban traffic network, and promoting regional economic development. At the same time, it is a good beginning for RTTE to build a well-known rail equipment brand and develop further international market in rail transit industry.
